Iran: Mother of the slain activist who suffered nervous breakdown forced to leave hospital

Despite deteriorating physical conditions of Gohar Eshghi, the hospitalized mother of murdered blogger Sattar Beheshti, she was forced to be discharged from a hospital on Sunday, April 10 due to pressures and threats imposed by hospital security authorities on the visiting doctor.
Prior to this Mrs. Eshghi had suffered a faint stroke due to the mental and psychological pressures imposed on her. She was transferred to a medical center and thus hospitalized under special care.

Mother of Sattar Beheshti who was killed under torture in Iran

Suffering from loss of her son under torture by the criminal regime of Iran, Ms. Gohar Eshghi, Sattar Beheshti’ mother is suffering a major nervous breakdown attack since Tuesday, April 4 due to immense psychological pressures.
She was rushed to a medical center that same night by her daughter, Sahar Beheshti. However, due to her dire conditions the resident physician ordered her to be hospitalized.
Sattar Beheshti was a laborer and blogger who was killed under torture on October 30, 2012 by Iran’s cyber police (FATA) that oversees Iranian public cyber activities. The charges raised against him were “measures against national security through activities on social media and Facebook”. He was viciously tortured by FATA police during his detention and ultimately lost his life.
